Talking openly about mental health within organisations, club settings and workplaces is still often shrouded in taboo. 

Normalising conversations about mental health, growing awareness of how to understand our own mental fitness and how to support other people has multiple benefits. It contributes towards reducing the cost of staff absences, it leads to improved connections within teams’ and it enables a greater sense of belonging to any community based environment.

Every organisation, business and club is unique. Working collaboratively with you to understand your culture, existing landscape, and strategic direction I will design and deliver a bespoke mental health awareness programme that is not only educational but is also fun, inclusive and sustainable.
